What to expect from us
Fast initial appointment - We do our best to schedule an appointment with our Trustee as soon as possible. In most cases same day appointments will be scheduled.
Initial appointments are with our Trustee or a Senior Administrator to ensure that every possible option is considered. We want to ensure your course of action is the most appropriate one for you. We will discuss alternative options with you and advise you in detail of how you will be affected by each option.
Free one-hour initial consultation with no obligation. Many Trustees' firms delegate this important function to a less experienced administrator.
Good information - In your consultation we will discuss the following with you:
- The options available
- What option is best for your circumstances
- A detailed description of things you need to know and how you are affected
- What assets you can keep, (vehicle, house, tools, RRSP's)
- If all of your debts are dischargeable
- How to deal with secured creditors
- Whether you have any "problem" debts
- Protecting your bank account
- Your obligations
- Good budgeting techniques
- Good credit rebuilding options
Step by step guidance throughout the process.
