Free Consultation With A Trustee
In order to determine the best solution to your financial difficulties, we offer a free one hour consultation with one of our Licensed Trustees.
You will be asked to complete a detailed Questionnaire which we have created, to provide us with information necessary to fully evaluate your particular circumstances.
Upon receipt of a completed Questionnaire we will then schedule an appointment for you with a Trustee, usually for the next business day, or if it is more convenient, at a later date.
In the consultation our Trustee will discuss the options available to you and how you would be affected by each option.
After the Trustee has discussed your options we can help you to proceed or you can take some time to think over what is best for you.
Most people will know clearly from the discussion which option makes the most sense but we encourage you to “sleep on it” if you are not positive about the route to follow.
You have no obligation to us at that time and in fact one of your options may well be “to do nothing”.
We will ensure that you are informed about things such as:

- What assets you can keep.
- How your house, vehicle or pension is affected.
- Your credit rating.
- Dealings with your bank.
- Who has to know.
- What obligations you have.
